These clients went through the "Win A Pageant Academy," a hybrid eLearning & coaching program. The objective was to get the client to define their personal purpose, aligned with company goals, learn technical skills to produce an international 'legacy project' (publish a book, launch a podcast, etc) and learn soft skills to communicate it to outside stakeholders. The Academy is equal parts technical training and motivational.
