These clients went through the "Win A Pageant Academy," a hybrid eLearning & coaching program. The objective was to get the client to define their personal purpose, learn technical skills to produce an international 'legacy project' and learn soft skills to communicate it to outside stakeholders. The Academy is made up of technical training, personal coaching and motivational wisdom.
